Wholesome carvery lunch
Head chef Darren Hollywood joined the Prince team before Christmas, and is passionate about creating dishes using the best local ingredients, using his knowledge of international cuisine and culinary skills to put a twist on traditional Irish food.
The Prince’s famous carvery lunch is thriving under his guidance, with customers getting to enjoy tasty dishes such as Asian marinated pork belly, hearty pies, and many more tempting dishes.
Every day the carvery menu offers a wide selection of wholesome lunch options, with a range of succulent roast chicken, beef, pork, and fish dishes. The menu is changed daily, with up to seven different options every day, as well as a choice of three vegetables, two potato dishes, and a selection of sauces.
With a focus on meat from Irish suppliers, and wholesome, fresh food, chef Darren Hollywood provides two roast options every day, as well as a chicken dish, a ‘wet dish’ such as stew or curry, and a vegetarian option. As always, the emphasis is on freshly prepared food; all vegetables are freshly prepared rather than bought in pre-packed.
Whether you’re opting for a carvery dish or something from the salad bar, you’ll find a choice of desserts to satisfy your sweet tooth, from homemade gateaux to cheesecakes.
Freshly baked goods
The Prince is the perfect town centre spot to catch up with a friend over a slice of cake and a cuppa!
