This weekend sees the first ever Buy My Dress event take place in Athlone. Buy My Dress, in aid of the Down Syndrome Centre, will take place in the Athlone Springs Hotel this Sunday May 25 from 11am-5pm.
Hundreds of new and once loved dresses will be on sale and all dresses average from €10-€60, including high street, designer, and boutique. Get your friends together and treat yourself to a girls’ day out!
Dresses are flying in but donations are still required; you can drop dresses into the Carraig Donn store in Golden Island or the Athlone Springs Hotel.
On the day there will be a variety of stands, along with the opportunity to enter a fantastic raffle with great prizes including the ‘Imelda May Experience’. The first 100 people will get a glass of Prosecco, and all shoppers will receive Kellogg’s Special K goodies.
