RTÉ newsreader Aengus MacGrianna will be hosting a charity fashion show in the Radisson Blu Hotel on Sunday May 4 in aid of Muscular Dystrophy Ireland.
Starting at 7.30pm ‘The style of the Midlands’ fashion show hopes to raise much needed funds for Muscular Dystrophy Ireland. All the fashion on the night will be from local boutiques across the Midlands and Mullingar-based band White Chalk will be performing.
Along with the performance from White Chalk, there will be a variety of items available in the draw and the raffle including a chance to win a two night stay and evening meal at the Radisson Blu Hotel Athlone kindly sponsored by the hotel.
Tickets for ‘The Style of the Midlands’ fashion show are €10 with all proceeds going directly to Muscular Dystrophy Ireland and the Midlands branch to provide essential respite support.
MDI work to support people of all ages through the provision of respite and information support and there are 49 members of Muscular Dystrophy Ireland affected by the condition living in the Midlands.
