Baileys Banana Colada
Ingredients
25ml of Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur
25ml of Bols Creme de Banana
50ml of pineapple juice
Cream
Method
Fill a rock glass with ice, then add the measure of Baileys followed by the measure of Bols Creme de Banana over the ice.
Add the pineapple juice, then top it off with cream.
Shake till your shaker is ice cold, then pour and strain into a Kyoto glass.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge or banana wheel.
Tip
Add some muddled banana instead of the Creme de Banana for a fresher taste. Also, rim the edge of your glass with chocolate.
