With a timetable of 14 different classes per week include pregnancy programmes, postnatal Pilates, sports specific PowerPilates, and Pilates for back and core weakness along with the usual beginner, intermediate, progressive, and advanced classes, anyone can whip their body into shape in no time. There are mat-based programs, Pilates with small equipment, and Pilates on the ball programmes to intensify your session and your results even more.
