After carefully going through the hundreds of entries the Advertiser has received from young artists across the Midlands as part of the annual Christmas Art Competition, the results are in!
The winning pictures will appear in next week’s paper, so make sure to pick up a copy next Friday morning - you can also view the winners on our website advertiser.ie
And for those of you looking to see the festive paintings in a more artistic surrounding, we will have them displayed in the Luan Gallery, Athlone from Friday December 20.
The Luan will be open December 20 and 21 from 11am-5pm, December 22 from 12-5pm, December 23 from 11am-5pm, and December 24 from 11am-3pm. The gallery will then close for Christmas reopening January 2 apart from December 28 when it will open from 11am-5pm and December 29 from 12-5pm.
The Advertiser and Luan Gallery would like to invite members of the public to visit the Luan over the Christmas period and see the art competition winners who have worked so hard at creating their pieces of art.
