“We are well known in Athlone for our home baking and were often getting asked to make cakes for people to take home so it was a natural progression for us to open an in-house bakery. We have started small with some of our bestselling cakes but we will be expanding in the new year into cream cakes, celebratory cakes, and much, much, more,” explained food manager Ashling Dudley.
