Tommy Fleming returns to Roscommon Arts Centre as part of his biggest Irish tour to date, performing here on Friday November 1. After the success of his recently released album Begin and his 2012 tour, performing to 50,000 people across Ireland, Tommy returns to Roscommon after a hugely successful open air concert in Lough Key as part of The Gathering celebrations last May.
This summer Tommy also had the pleasure of joining Kenny Rogers on part of his UK and Irish tour, offering a completely different experience for Tommy to join a music legend and have the opportunity to open up to a whole new group of fans. He also released his autobiography Let Me Begin last year after one of his toughest years to date, when he lost both his parents on the same day in March 2012.
The influence his parents had on his career and their encouragement inspired the book, together with the recording of the album Begin, a collection of emotional heart-wrenching songs to make up his new album of 15 brand new tracks.
Tickets are €30 and are available through Roscommon Arts Centre’s box office on (090 ) 6625824 or online at w.roscommonartscentre.ie.
