Are you a craft worker interested in selling your produce in the busy run-up to Christmas? If so, apply now for the seventh Food and Design Winter Fair which will take place in Belvedere House and Gardens, Mullingar on November 23 and 24.
This fantastic Winter Fair is the annual highlight of the Christmas craft season in Westmeath and attracts audiences of over 5,000 visitors over the weekend. This year’s fair will be a fast-moving two day event with plenty to attract families and seasoned shoppers.
The organisers are looking for innovative high quality work that will attract a buying audience. In particular they are interested in hearing from ceramic producers and those with unusual Christmas crafts. Applications are also welcome for those new to craft or food production who are exhibiting for the first time. The event is sponsored by Westmeath County Enterprise Board so craft workers interested in applying should preferably be based in Westmeath and should also be registered with the Craft Council of Ireland which is free and can be done easily online.
Food producers are required to be registered with the HSE.
Application forms are available from the organisers by emailing [email protected] or find Food and Design Winter Fair on Facebook.
