Ingredients
25ml Bacardi
50ml soda water
6 strawberries
8 mint leaves
2 teaspoons brown sugar
Crushed ice
Method
Place the strawberries followed by mint leaves and brown sugar into a rock glass.
Muddle the ingredients until a juice is created and all the ingredients are mixed together.
Add the measure of Bacardi, then fill your glass with crushed ice.
Then layer the soda water over the crushed ice and with a spoon mix the ingredients.
Finally garnish with a strawberry and/or a lime wheel.
Tip
For an orange mojito simply substitute orange wedges for the strawberries.
