The star-studded Irish Entertainment Awards show returns to Athlone this year, on October 21 at the Radisson Blu Hotel.
This concert has become the highlight of the Irish entertainment industry over the last eight years, since it was first staged by Athlone-based international music producer, Desi Egan.
Last year’s show in the Tullamore Court Hotel was packed to the rafters. Desi is confident that this year’s show will also be a sell-out event, and is delighted to bring the awards show back to Athlone, where it all started.
An international and national line-up of acts will perform at this year’s concert, which will be compered by RTÉ TV star and brodcaster Marty Whelan and Midlands 103’s Joe Cooney.
The line-up of artists will be announced at the end of July at a gala event at the Radisson Blu Hotel.
