Charlie Browns, Athlone (located across from AIT ) has recently reopened its doors under the new leadership of manager Stephen Fitzpatrick.
Stephen has over 14 years experience in the hotel and catering industry; having started at a young age he understands the needs of his customers as well as the importance of working with and supporting the local community.
“I’m a Mayo man but have called Athlone home for many years now. I hope to get to know more local people and create a welcoming friendly atmosphere in their local Charlie Browns.”
Charlie Browns is now serving food every day from 12-9pm with an early bird menu available from 4-7pm daily.
Their chefs have backgrounds in the hotel and catering industry and have worked in hotels and restaurants across Europe. Between them they have worked in four and five star properties and Michelin-starred restaurants in England.
