The MidlandsIreland.ie Best in Business Awards, which are open to businesses throughout Westmeath, Longford, Offaly, and Laois, will now remain open for nominations until Friday May 31 at 5pm.
This year’s awards presentation will take place in the Tullamore Court Hotel on Friday June 28. President of the Midlands Gateway Chamber, John Humphries is encouraging nominations from throughout the Midlands.
“There is great interest in this year’s awards, with many nominations already received. The level of competition highlights the outstanding business efforts being made in the midland counties of Laois, Offaly, Longford, and Westmeath.”
The awards categories are Emerging New Business, Best Multi-National, Business Person of the Year, Outstanding Business, Best Cultural Tourism, Green Initiative, and Retail Excellence.
Also being presented on the night will be awards for lifetime achievement and the Midlands Gateway Chamber Ambassador Award.
