A 30-minute class is equal to over an hour of hard work in the gym, burning up to 22 calories per minute. Burn fat and build muscle as well as improve posture and strengthen joints. Best off all the combination of strength and movement gives you both a weightlifting and cardio workout in one!
Heavy kettlebells are the name of the game when it comes to kettlebell workouts. Because you’re using momentum, you can lift a much heavier weight than you’re used to, so don’t be afraid - after you have your form down, of course - to pick up the heavier kettlebell.
