The Westmeath Rose of Tralee was selected last weekend in the Athlone Springs Hotel.
Eleven worthy Roses went for the title and took to the stage with great poise and numerous humorous stories.
In the end the beautiful Miltownpass businesswoman Shauna Coyne representing Skyhouse.ie was crowned Westmeath Rose of Tralee for 2013. Shauna was the fifth Rose to take to the stage telling the judges and audience of her trips to Mozambique and how driving there would not be the easiest of tasks! Shauna also danced impressively for the audience.
