Nobody make a move: Jack Kairo is here to conquer the Mullingar Arts Centre!

Jack Kairo, detective extraordinaire, can be seen in action at the Mullingar Arts Centre on Friday March 22 and Saturday March 23. Kairo made his first appearance as part of the Dublin Fringe Festival, in 2005, and has been seen bumbling his way through a series of gripping cases around Ireland ever since…

Jack Kairo, the world’s greatest sub-par detective, has been given an important case that’s going to put his considerably under-suited skills to the test.

The Friends of Jack Kairo

When a former flame, the ever-dancing Elizabeth Rumsfeld, asks Jack to solve the murder of her uncle and recover an all-powerful cold-fusion device, Jack knows he’s going to have to follow every lead and examine every possible clue, in order to crack the case.

With a city full of characters as diverse as Freddie the Flea, Detective Wookie, and the menacing Chaney, Jack’s really going to need a lot of friends to get through this one!

The Long Hard Kiss Goodbye

The world’s most average private detective, Jack Kairo, is back in his toughest case yet. Luckily for Jack, he’s already cracked it. Unluckily for Jack, he’s lost his memory! Equipped with half his wits, his trusty .45 and a match-book from a mysterious nightclub, Jack has to solve the case again, before it’s too late.

What is the mysterious and beautiful Manuka Honey, hiding? Where is the mysterious hitman called The Bondholder? What does Lomos Calientes - the mysterious Latino sex machine - need from Jack? Why is there such a flagrant over-use of the word mysterious? Because this is a mystery that only one man can solve!

Jack Kairo and The Long Hard Kiss Goodbye: a one man show… with two men.

The Jack Kairo plays will be presented at the Mullingar Arts Centre on March 22 and 23 at 8pm. Tickets are priced at €15 and €12 and available from the box office on (044 ) 9347777.
