The Dacia brand, launched in Ireland in July 2012, has already seen phenomenal growth in its short six months in Ireland.
Its family crossover the Duster, the most shockingly affordable vehicle in its class, has been test driven by over 2000 people in Ireland and sales have been hugely successful with 500 orders since launch. Just last week, the second Dacia model was launched, the 5-door spacious supermini Sandero, which has once again shocked the nation with its hugely competitive pricing, from just €99 a month.
Further news for this rapidly expanding brand is that Dacia has appointed a further 10 new dealers to sell its popular and budget-friendly vehicles, which will see the addition of the Sandero Stepway and the Logan later in the year.
One of the fastest growing brands in Europe, Dacia is now the fastest growing network in Ireland with 20 Dacia dealers around the country.
Patrick Magee, sales and network director, Dacia Ireland: “Ireland’s fastest growing network has just got bigger! We are delighted to welcome 10 new Dacia dealers, bringing the number of dealers to 20. Following the response we’ve had since launch of the brand last July, there has been a lot of interest in the dealerships and we will continue to recruit new dealers. Dacia is the smart buy brand and we are seeing people with older vehicles, and those who may have considered buying second hand cars, choose the smart buy, a brand new Dacia at shockingly affordable prices.”
Westmeath Dacia dealers include Sean White Car Sales, Athlone and P’O Brien, Mullingar.
