Copacabana
Ingredients
25ml Captain Morgan
10ml red orange liquor
15ml apricot brandy
Pineapple juice
Squeeze of lemon juice.
Grenadine to taste
Method
Mix all of the above ingredients, apart from the grenadine, in a cocktail shaker with ice.
When all ingredients are ice cold, strain into a tall glass.
Add a drop of grenadine to taste.
Garnish with a wedge of pineapple or a slice of orange.
