The International College for Personal and Professional Development is going to Electric Picnic!
ICPPD’s Christine Moran will present a workshop entitled “Movement, Dance and Relaxation” in the Body and Soul area at this year’s Electric Picnic Festival to be held at Stradbally Hall, Co Laois.
“Movement, Dance and Relaxation” offers a unique and invigorating holistic experience. It combines movement and dance to specific music to enhance well-being, and relaxation including meditation and mindfulness exercises. Attendees will express themselves non-verbally and creatively to enhance physical, emotional, and spiritual self-awareness. Have fun, find meaning, and let go at this year’s Electric Picnic!
Join Christine in the Body and Soul area at Electric Picnic on Friday August 31 at 3pm, Saturday September 1 at 6pm, and Sunday September 2 at 6.30pm.
ICPPD are now accepting enrolments onto their one-year foundation course in holistic counselling and psychotherapy, their three-year accredited professional diploma in holistic counselling and psychotherapy, and the one-year advanced diploma in personal development and counselling skills practice.
