Back In Action Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic opened its doors in 2006 in Market Point Medical Park and has since provided an excellent standard of treatment to every client. Each patient is assessed and treated according to their individual needs. The team of chartered physiotherapists provide treatment for any musculoskeletal complaint. Clients can also attend for biomechanical analysis and foot orthotic prescription.
Acupuncture and dry needling are very beneficial treatments also used in the clinic. When used along with other physiotherapy treatments this has been proven to accelerate resolution of muscle and joint pain.
Modified pilates classes are run twice weekly and cater for all levels. These classes are safe and modified for those recovering from back or joint pains. Pilates is also excellent as a rehabilitation class or for injury prevention in sports people.
