Enjoy a taste of summer

Are you looking for a taste of summer despite the bad weather? Would you like an evening of great food, music, and craic? On Sunday July 22 you can do just that as The Fatted Calf in Glasson is hosting a spectacular Hog Roast and Barbeque in aid of the Midlands Simon Community.

This unique experience will begin from 7pm with music provided from 9.30pm till close. A wonderful evening of food and entertainment is guaranteed for all!

The Fatted Calf, Glasson, is now a multi-award-winning bar and restaurant which was recently voted best gastropub in Leinster 2012. It has been consistently going from strength to strength and has built a reputation for fantastic food.

Open since April 2010, its philosophy has been to continuously focus on the importance of the freshest local and seasonal ingredients, changing its menu to reflect this and to deliver to all customers the highest quality food.

The aim of the Midlands Simon Community is to enable people to move out of homelessness by providing a wide range of services and supports.

Company groups are welcome to use this event as their summer party night.
