Renault has just announced some attractive electric vehicle offers including two years’ free battery rental and five years unlimited warranty.
They are also offering extended test drives, where a potential buyer can experience a Renault Fluence ZE and Kangoo Z.E. for up to one month and only pay for your charging. And customers who purchase a Renault Z.E. will also have a free wall box fitted at their home or place of work, their own personal fuel station. Renault say that this adds a further saving of €1,000.
The Fluence ZE Expression is retailing from €21,610 and the Fluence ZE Dynamique version will start at €22,710, approximately the same as the Fluence Diesel (with Government incentive of €5,000 ). The battery rental starts from €82 (including VAT ) a month. Two years free battery rental can save a customer up to €2,300.
The Kangoo Z.E has three versions available in Ireland. The Kangoo ZE is priced at €16,400 (ex. VAT and including €3,800 Government grant ) and battery rental €75 per month (ex VAT, for a contract of four years and mileage of 15,000 km ).
The Kangoo Maxi ZE two seats ) price is €17,600 (ex VAT and including €3,800 Government grant ) and battery rental €75 per month (ex VAT, for a contract of four years and mileage of 15,000km ).
And finally, the Kangoo ZE Maxi (five seats ) price is €18,200 (ex VAT and including €3,800 Government grant ) and battery rental €75 per month (ex VAT, for a contract of four years and mileage of 15,000 km ).
Renault’s Extended Test Drive Trial, where those interested in purchasing an EV, commercial or passenger, can test-drive the Fluence ZE or Kangoo ZE for up to one month extended test drive from local dealerships.
At the end of the trial, the customer will have the choice to either purchase an electric vehicle with two years free battery rental and five years’ unlimited mileage warranty, or hand back the vehicle to the dealer.
