Tomorrow, Saturday March 31, is the closing day for entries to the Moate Easter parade, which takes place on Easter Sunday April 8.
Come to Moate with your Easter bonnet and all the frills upon it, and join in the Easter fun. There will be a prize on the day for the ‘Best dressed bonnet’.
Activities and events on the day include an Easter shop window display, an Easter egg hunt from 2pm, live entertainment on the reviewing stand from 3 to 4.15pm, and a display of colouring competition entries from local schools.
The main event, the Easter parade, starts at 4.30pm.
