The baking class, hosted by Liz, is back in the Prince of Wales Hotel due to popular demand. The classes are on a Tuesday evening and are a great way to get out and meet like-minded people who have a passion for all things foodie. Classes are filling quickly so early booking is advisable.
The first class is on Tuesday March 13 and specialises in gluten-free baking; the second class is on Tuesday March 27 with the focus on chocolate and Easter baking; and the final class is on Tuesday April 3 focusing on celebration cakes
Classes cost €17.50 each, but if you book the first two you can get the third for €12. All classes start at 6.30pm. Tea and coffee will be served, and you get to taste everything that has been made.
