GAA enthusiast Sean White of Sean White Car Sales, Athlone hosted members of the Garrycastle and St Brigid’s clubs recently, in advance of their upcoming Club Championship semi-final clash.
The u10 squads from the two clubs lined out to play a five-a-side game on the forecourt of Sean White Car Sales, with rival captains John Gaffey of Garrycastle and Darragh Donnelly of St Brigid’s managing their respective u10 teams.
A large crowd turned out to witness the stars of the future in action, in what was a fun-filled family day.
The garage is in the unique position of being located on the boundary between the catchment area for the two clubs. Sean would like to wish both clubs the best of luck in their upcoming battle on February 18.
It’s an exciting time for Sean White Car Sales, with the news this week that the Renault LCV range featured in the top three models in the Irish van market in January. Europe’s best-selling van range was number one in nine counties, including Westmeath, during January. The mini-van Kangoo was the most popular model, followed by the Master and the Trafic.
Renault’s van range has won many European awards, and late last year the Kangoo ZE was chosen as the overall winner in the International Van of The Year awards.
The Renault Scenic and Grand Scenic models are also due to be updated in the spring. The new versions will feature a sharper design, be more economical, and boast a number of equipment enhancements, including the introduction of new efficient engines.
The new Scenic range will be coming soon to Sean White Car Sales.
