Roscommon Arts Centre offers free educational screenings for both primary and secondary schools throughout the year as part of its education and cinema programme.
This spring the arts centre continues its collaboration with the Irish Film Institute in programming Inside I’m Dancing (senior English ) on Wednesday February 29, Catfish (transition year ) on Wednesday March 14, Tomboy (senior French ) on Wednesday March 28, and Brendan and The Secret of Kells (primary ) on Tuesday April 17.
This season’s Filmed screenings continue on with what has become a very popular addition to Roscommon Arts Centre’s calendar, with schools travelling from all across the province and beyond to attend. The cost is subsidised by the arts centre and the screenings are offered free to school groups.
