Young actors sought for Filmboard short film

Séamus Moran (Fair City, Ros na Rún ) is looking for young actors.

Séamus will be donning his director’s hat again this spring to direct a short film in Irish - SYLVIA - funded by the Irish Film Board/Bord Scannán na hEireann under its scheme Gearrscannán 2012.

The film will be shot in Connemara and tells the story of 16-year-old Pól who buys a classic motorcycle Sylvia to win the heart of the glamorous Eibhlín.

Séamus is looking for five boys and three girls aged 16 or who look 16. Auditions will be held in Galway/ Spiddal today, Friday January 6.
