MyCells is a revolutionary skin regenerating system. Are the results from MyCells immediate?
No. At your first treatment visit, it may appear that MyCells worked immediately because of swelling from the watery ingredients of your plasma. In a few days, when the swelling goes down and the water is absorbed by your body, you may look as you did before your treatment. MyCells takes time to gradually correct the depression in your skin. Your nurse will see you again in a few weeks to decide if you need more MyCells injections.
How many treatments are required?
Your nurse will decide the appropriate number of treatment sessions and the amount of MyCells you will need at each session. Typically, 2-3 treatment sessions will be required for an effect lasting up to 12-18 months.
How long do treatment results last?
Treatment results will typically last up to 1- 2 years after the first treatment session in most patients. Touch-up treatments may be needed to maintain the desired effect.
Do injections of MyCells hurt?
Your nurse will apply a topical or local anaesthetic. As with any injection, injections with MyCells may hurt. MyCells is injected in small amounts using a very fine needle.
What can I expect after treatment?
Immediately following a treatment session with MyCells there will be redness and slight swelling. Occasionally bruising or all of these signs can happen in the treatment area. These signs usually go away in a few hours to a few days. Your nurse will give you specific post-treatment care instructions.
