Star treatment from Kadee and Suzanne Neville

Kadee recently welcomed renowned bridal designer Suzanne Neville to Athlone to meet with brides-to-be and to showcase her brand new 2012 bridal collection.

Kadee is one of just two bridal shops in Ireland to stock Suzanne Neville’s bridal range, and its stylish bridal rooms were the perfect setting for Suzanne to host personal style sessions with some lucky brides-to-be.

Suzanne is one of Europe’s leading designers of bridal and evening wear. She has designed bridal and evening gowns for celebrities including Holly Willoughby and Katherine Jenkins and has worked on The X Factor designing dresses for contestants including Alexandra Burke and Stacey Solomon.

Her 2012 bridal collection features the finest of lace and silk, with shapes ranging from slim bias cut to a more classic structured A line dress.

Speaking to the Advertiser about the new collection, Suzanne said she aims to find the most flattering shape for every bride.

“It’s a 43-piece collection and it’s so varied. There are modern, structured shapes, different from anything else that’s around. There is still corsetry, which is one of the main features of my collections, a lot of lace, and a lot of full circular skirts.”

Kadee owner Deirdre and her helpful staff were on hand as always to offer expert advice and assistance to brides in finding the perfect fit to suit their shape.

Suzanne’s designs were also featured in an elegant afternoon bridal show in the Left Bank Mall, giving brides an opportunity to see their favourite designs modelled before them.

Suzanne’s advice to brides-to-be is “you’ll never know until you try it if you’re going to love it”.

“Don’t be too fixed on what you’re looking for. Trust your sales consultants, they will know what shapes suit you. And bring along a couple of people who know you - you don’t want too many opinions!”

The Suzanne Neville 2012 bridal collection is available now at Kadee, Pearse Street, Athlone. For more information or to make your appointment, call (090 ) 6498355.
