With the final group games out of the way the draw has been made for the knock-out stages of the Westmeath SFC. Garrycastle and St Loman’s have taken the automatic semi-final spots.
Graham Geraghty’s Castledaly made sure of their place in the last eight with a convincing win over St Malachy’s last Friday evening. Their reward is a quarter-final meeting with Mullingar Shamrocks. St Loman’s await the winner in the semi-final.
The Downs’ win over Athlone secured their place in the knock-out stages. They now face Tyrrellspass in the quarter-final with Garrycastle awaiting the winner in the semi-final.
Athlone and Tubberclair will battle it out in a relegation final.
