100% Health Weekend is coming to Athlone

Are you sick and tired of feeling sick and tired? If so, then Patrick Holford’s 100% Health Weekend Intensive is taking place at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Athlone on Saturday and Sunday June 18 and 19. The weekend is broken down into the following seminars:

· The Low GL Diet Workshop, Saturday June 18 from 2-5.30pm: become a master of your weight in this hands-on, highly practical workshop, demonstrating how to put low GL principles into action

· The 100% Health Workshop, optional intro on Saturday evening June 18 from 6.30-8pm, and Sunday June 19 from 9am-6pm. This workshop will show you the fast track to 100 per cent health.

Participants of the 100% Health Workshop will learn how to go from ‘average’ to super-healthy in a weekend, adding years to their life and life to their years. The workshop will demonstrate how to improve digestion and detoxification, identify hidden food allergies, balance blood sugar levels, lose weight and gain energy, sharpen memory and improve mood.

According to Patrick, for most of the health issues we suffer from there are six key underlying processes that, once tuned up, leave you feeling 100 per cent healthy. This workshop will help participants discover the key changes they need to make to get the biggest, and fastest, improvement in their health.

The Low GL Diet workshop demonstrates how to put theory into practice, with participants learning what it takes to stay motivated in weight loss whilst overcoming hunger and cravings. On the day, Patrick will also demonstrate six simple exercises to burn fat, and delicious recipes all containing low GL ingredients. The workshops will offer an invaluable opportunity for participants to have their questions answered and, most importantly, receive their very own 100% Health Action Plan and online programme. There will also be a range of support books and products available on the day.
