Helium Music Festival announces line-up

Helium Music Festival is delighted to be able to confirm the full line-up for their annual festival taking place on Saturday June 11, in aid of the Friedreichs Ataxia Society of Ireland.

With The Coronas topping the bill, festival-goers can also expect an array of local and international talent to perform over the day alongside big names like Kíla, singer-songwriter Jamie Lawson, Ham Sandwich, and Irish rhythm and roots five-piece Tupelo.

After a highly successful launch party last week in Ballymahon, the complete line-up for Helium 2011 to date is as follows:

Main Stage: The Coronas, Kíla, Ham Sandwich, Jamie Lawson and Tupelo

Neon Stage (No Ego & Origins Promotions ): Jukebox Gypsy, Huey and the Hobgoblins, The Barley Mob, Bocs Social, A Smile Just Came, Breaking Circles, Arrow in the Sky, Adela and the Meanits, Spiritual Leaders and Crimson

The Stables Stage: Kill Goliath, Red Dancers Cometh, Town Criers, We Go Go, James O'Connor with Audrey Trainor, and Rusty Shackleford

The Afterparty: DJ Justiy (Presenter of i102-104’s iDrop Show ), DJ BadSeed, and DJ Johnny Ponders.

This year’s Helium will again take place in its now traditional walled garden home of Skelly’s Bar in Ballymahon, Co Longford. With such a strong line-up of performing artists, and a strong record of local support in the past, it’s expected that even more money will be raised for the fantastic work done by the Friedreichs Ataxia Society of Ireland (FASI ).
