The Prince Bar is well known for its cocktails and has a Christmas cocktail special this festive season to complement its newly launched cocktail menu. This Jagerina is a cocktail that will definitely warm people up!
Ingredients
50ml Jägermeister
75ml strawberry purée (Blend punnet of strawberries with a teaspoon of sugar and about 50ml water )
4 wedges of lime
2 teaspoons of sugar
One muddler and a cocktail shaker
Method
Add the sugar and lime wedges to the glass and muddle. Then add Jägermeister, strawberry purée, and a scoop of crushed ice. Shake all of the ingredients and pour into a glass. Top up with more crushed ice if necessary.
