Enjoy one of the Midlands’ largest Christmas fairs next weekend in Belvedere House and Gardens. This free event will run from Friday November 19 to Sunday November 21.
Enjoy all the fair has to offer including 35 stalls filled with fantastic local gifts and food. Choose from exquisite sparkling jewellery from six different designers, marvel at the luxurious textiles and knitwear, tempt your senses with organic soaps and scented oils as well as Christmas decorations, linens, and the hand crafted leather handbags. The food hall has a marvellous selection of cakes and cookies, roasted coffees, organic wines, chutneys and relishes, and the most delectable artisan chocolates from local producer Olivia Curran. Organisers have selected the brightest and the best for this high quality artisan event – a careful screening process has taken place to ensure that visitors enjoy the best of local craft and giftware as well as high quality gourmet food.
The fair starts at 3pm on Friday November 19 with a lovely evening of entertainment scheduled to begin at 6pm with a sparkling wine reception and samples of Christmas goodies. This year you’ll also be entertained by jazz musicians. Friday evening is also the special discount evening with 10 per cent off all purchases.
On Saturday and Sunday the fair runs from 10.30am to 6pm. Entry to Belvedere House and Gardens is free to all on this weekend only so come along and enjoy all that this fantastic Georgian estate has to offer. While the girls go shopping, the rest of the family can enjoy the 160 acre parkland with activity parks for children, an animal sanctuary, lakeside and woodland walks, walled gardens as well as full restaurant facilities. All day free car parking is available and the estate and gardens have very good mobility access.
