The new cofee shop, which officially opens this evening [Friday] at 6.30pm, aims to provide the best in delicious food in bright, upbeat surroundings, at Belhavel, Athlone.
The brainchild of Mary Nagle, who runs the Cáca Milis cafe in the Regional Sports Centre, the colourful interior of Beautiful Day Cafe features a bright colour scheme and cheery quotes on the walls which are sure to brighten your day.
Beautiful Day Cafe also aims to provide something a little different for your lunchtime, incorporating different types of entertainment such as music, poetry readings, and tarot card readings into their lunch hour.
Healthy and wholesome salads, sandwiches, paninis, wraps, full hot breakfasts, home baking, and plenty of homemade desserts will be on the menu, and a hot dish of the day and soups will also be served. A special menu will be available at the kids’ corner. The cafe also caters for special dietary requirements including gluten-free diets.
A takeaway and delivery service will also be available.
