Attendees of the Hallowe’en disco in the Bounty on Wednesday October 27 will enjoy a first hand experience of a fabulous new lighting system.
This Hallowe’en disco will feature DJ Paul Harte.
Barry Reid of the Buccaneers said that the club is delighted to have undertaken this upgrade of the lighting system. “We are very conscious of the importance to respond to the needs of the youths by making the venue more appealing and they will definitely not be disappointed,” he added.
Cllr Frankie Keena, of the Athlone Drug Awareness Group said that he was thrilled with the success of these discos over the years in the Bounty. “The secret is that parents’ concerns are alleviated when they are informed about the supervision from the Gardai, Buccaneers, and Drug Awareness members,” he said.
“This new lighting system will create a marvellous atmosphere in the venue and I do know that the teenagers will be enthralled by its effects,” said Cllr Keena.
Tickets for the alcohol free disco are available in Musicworld and as a full house is expected those attending are advised to purchase their ticket as soon as possible.
