Garrycastle showed last week the importance of both experience and a strong bench. Cork have the edge on Down on both of these counts. While they may not have been overly impressive thus far I still think it is theirs to lose. Down’s great record in finals gives the game an added dimension and in Martin Clarke and Benny Coulter they have two exceptional players. While I expect their minors to come up short against Tyrone, I expect Sam McGuire to spend the winter Lee-side.
