As the Athlone Springs Hotel prepares to host ‘Simply Stylish’ on Friday September 3, it has been announced that the night will showcase the finest autumn/winter collections from the best retail stores in the region, and will also feature some top Irish and international models.
The night will offer people an opportunity to see the new collections from local outlets including Burgess of Athlone, Devernois, McGorisk for Men, and Olivia Danielle, as well as a wide selection of the best fashions from Athlone Towncentre.
While well-known Irish models Gail Kaneswarren, Lisa Cummins, and Dervla Lubi will prove very popular on the night, undoubtedly the highlight will be the guest models from Buccaneers Rugby Club, who will help showcase a variety of men’s and sports fashions!
Guests will arrive to a champagne and canapé reception, with music accompaniment, from 7.30pm with the show starting at 8pm. There will be goodie bags, prizes, and surprises galore, including an opportunity to win a fantastic prize of dinner, bed and breakfast for two in the five-star Fitzwilliam Hotel, Belfast for the ‘Most Elegant Lady’. All proceeds from the event will go to the Midlands Simon Community.
Midlands Simon Community works across the region to help people to move out of homelessness. This is done through the provision of a range of services and supports, including providing emergency accommodation, supporting people to source a home, assisting people to move into and maintain their own home. The Midlands Simon Community also helps people to overcome many of the issues faced by those who are homeless such as health and welfare needs, poverty, loneliness, and isolation, and has supported over 850 people since its establishment in the region.
