The Aftermath set to release new single next month

The first single from The Aftermath’s sophomore album Lost Possession will be released on September 2 in Daly’s Bar, Mullingar.

It was recorded and mixed in the heart of the Irish countryside in their own purpose built studio, The Transmission Rooms by Ger McDonnell and Karl Odlum.

The Aftermath can confirm some new festival appearances including a three-night stand on The Word stage at Electric Picnic. They also have a special homecoming show for Johnny and Mick Cronin at The Marquee in Drumlish Festival where The Aftermath will be joined on stage for a few songs by Birr troubadour Mundy.

The Aftermath are a mod pop band based in the Midlands. They have been quite successful in Ireland with three top 20 singles and a top 20 album with their debut Friendlier up Here.

They have shared the stage with the likes of The Script, The Pigeon Detectives, Ian Brown, Keane, The Frames, and Razorlight to name a few and have recently headlined Sweden's Peace & Love festival as well as sold out shows from Dublin to Leeds.
