Best of luck to Westmeath u16 footballers who take on Louth in the final of the Gerry Reilly Tournament in Oldcastle this Sunday evening.
The Westmeath side have enjoyed wins over Dublin, Meath, and Louth en route to the final. Louth will provide a stern test but if Westmeath can reproduce their impressive showing thus far then they are in with a great chance of bridging the nine year gap since we last won this tournament. Hopefully there will be good support there to see them do so.
