The Auld Shebeen in Moate has been long established as the centre of entertainment in the town, along with its niteclub, Club S, it offers customers a great night’s entertainment with a mixture of live music in the bar and top DJs in Club S.
This weekend’s entertainment includes:
Friday April 16
Westmeath Pool Association Table Quiz to help fund the registration of the players at the Irish Inter County Pool Championships in the West County Hotel, Ennis, Co Clare. The table quiz gets underway at 9.30pm with registration of the teams at 9pm. A team of four is €40.
Saturday April 17
Live entertainment in the bar at 10pm by the Midlands’ top ballad group Legacy. This will be followed by Club S Discotheque and the final heat of Miss Club S 2010. Miss Club S is in association with Joli Midland Modelling Agency Mullingar, Club M (Blooms Hotel ) Dublin, Copperface Jacks Dublin, and Temple Spa Moate.
Sunday April 18
The Westmeath Pool Association tournament calendar for the season comes to an end this Sunday with the Westmeath Pool Championship title at stake. The tournament kicks off at noon right through to 9pm. It’s €20 to enter this tournament and all interested players should contact Robert Malynn on (086 ) 3769452.
Saturday April 24
The Gypsies are live in the bar from 10pm followed by Club S Discotheque which features the grand finale of Miss Club S 2010.
