Passionfruit Theatre, Athlone has announced their final workshop in association with their upcoming play The Hooded Well, written by Simon Mcgonigle and directed by AnneMarie Hynes. This week sees the return of actor and facilitator Gavin Lennon who earlier in the show’s production ran a Chekhov acting method workshop for teenagers. Gavin was inspired to return to Passionfruit to assist teenagers in overcoming their self consciousness so they can fully explore their acting abilities. Gavin is highly trained in acting, music, and martial arts and understands the value of discipline in your chosen art form for success, self confidence, and self esteem. He looks forward to sharing his skills and insights into the world of acting this Saturday at 11am at Passionfruit, 9 Northgate Street, Athlone.
