At last the longest running play to open off Broadway comes to Ireland. My Frist Time is directed by the inimitable Michael Scott and the Dublin City Theatre brings Ken Davenport’s hilarious and at times heartbreaking stories about first sexual experiences to life.
Featuring Leigh Arnold, Alan Shortt, and Claire Tully it relives the tales of almost 70,000 stories that poured in from around the globe in reply to a website that started in 1998 allowing people to anonymously share their own true stories about their first time, and over the 90 minutes the actors try to relay those stories and the unique characters in them, bringing to life all those experiences, funny, and embarrassing.
