The award winning Life festival will be staged at Belvedere House Gardens and Park, Mullingar over the June Bank Holiday weekend .
Now in its fifth year the festival has grown organically from 500 to 5,000 people and following the music principles of its origins, it has built up a strong brand loyalty.
Life calls on the community spirit of innovation, cooperation, and volunteerism in art, entertainment, and new technologies to create music and beautiful spaces. This is an important cultural event to be set in the heartland of mythic Ireland which has potential to develop into a larger festival. It is reminiscent of a gathering from Ireland’s ancient past where artists, musicians, trades people, and craft workers would gather to celebrate a particular meaningful date with a festival.

The festival’s main music genre is an eclectic mix of different traditional music instruments backed with an electronic pulse. The multi-cultural line up brings a world music feel to the event where this year new areas such as trad, sunset gathering, and performance artists will captivate the audience.
