Roscommon Arts Centre has recently announced some of its spring 2010 highlights, and there are many wonderful surprises and great nights out for all to enjoy.

Spring 2010 highlights at the arts centre include great comedy nights out with Maeve Higgins (Wednesday January 13 ) and the unstoppable Neil Delamare (Wednesday February 10 ). Early booking is highly recommended.
Firm favourite Conal Gallen returns to Roscommon Arts Centre on Friday and Saturday February 19 and 20 with his new show Laugh, Laugh, Laugh. A night in with the hilarious Conal Gallen is one you won’t forget easily!
Roscommon Drama Group returns next season with the wonderfully witty Steel Magnolias (Thursday to Saturday January 21-23 ). Set in a ladies’ salon in Louisiana, the play follows a group of friends over the course of three years through their personal ups and downs. The sharp script will bring a smile to your face and with plenty of one-liners, this play is brimming with the ‘feel-good’ factor.
Die-hard theatre fans will be hard pushed to find better entertainment than the nine nights of drama provided by Roscommon Drama Festival from Friday March 5 to Saturday March 13.
Children will not be disappointed as the Lambert Puppet Theatre make a welcome return to the arts centre on Saturday January 30. The wonderful Lambert family will present the magical story of Hansel & Gretel, and the ever-favourite Bosco will stop by for a visit. Peelo School of Dance perform their annual show on Friday and Saturday March 19 and 20.
