Athlone girls came out in force and style for this year’s Roscommon Races Ladies’ Day. The event, which took place this week, saw Athlonian Melissa McNeill from Connaught Street take second prize in the best dressed stakes. TV3’s Lisa Fitzpatrick was on hand at Ladies’ Day to pick the best dressed women.
Melissa wore a dress from Kadee Boutique. Speaking about the win Melissa said “I am delighted that I won. I am very lucky to work in Kadee Boutique as I get to pick up dresses that really suit me early in the season and wear them to events like Ladies’ Day.”
The dress which is a regal grey and white stripe tuxedo dress by Spanish designer Oky Coky (cost €270 ), is not a first win with a dress from Kadee Boutique. Commenting Deirdre Kelly, owner of the boutique, said, “This is a fourth win for a dress from Kadee. I am thrilled to see one of my friends win this time. We stock a range of Irish and international designers in the boutique for occasions like the races, weddings, and graduations. Melissa definitely deserved to be in the top three, she looked stunning.”
Deirdre also commented that dresses from Kadee Boutique were well represented in the top 15 dresses chosen by Lisa Fitzpatrick.
