The Midlands Photography Club’s first photography exhibition has opened this week in Athlone Towncentre.
This is the perfect opportunity to see a great selection of wonderful images by amateur and professional photographers from the Midlands.
The exhibition runs until Sunday July 12.
The photography club, which draws members from across the south Roscommon and Westmeath area and beyond, is delighted to host its first exhibition after what has been a hugely successful year for the new club.
Set up as an informal and fun forum for photo enthusiasts last summer, the club has grown from strength to strength and is open to new members. Now taking a short break over the summer months, the club will resume meetings on September 16. Meetings take place in the Prince of Wales Hotel Athlone at 7.30pm every second Wednesday.
