New Midlands company to aid hospitality sector

A new innovative and exciting company has been launched in the Midlands which aims to help cut costs for the hospitality sector.

Peach Solutions, based in Westmeath, provides a wide range of services which help maximise revenue and decrease costs, particularly beneficial in these challenging times.

Company founder Neil Cummins has worked in the hotel and bar trade for over 20 years, working in all departments, which helped him hone his skills in customer service and budgetary analysis. His experience spans many of Ireland’s premier hotels including Temple Gate Hotel, Sligo Park Hotel, Barberstown Castle Hotel, and more recently the Prince of Wales Hotel, Athlone. He holds a diploma in hotel management and a degree in tourism and hospitality management.

Neil has built a strong team in Peach Solutions, hiring experienced managers from many of Ireland’s top bars, nightclubs, and hotels.

The unique selling point for Peach Solutions is the fact that their service is tailored to the client’s needs. Among the services on offer are: auditing, stock control, HACCP, marketing, public relations, and brand management. They also run a number of training courses for staff and managers which, like the rest of the services, are tailored to the client’s requirements.

“Working in the hospitality industry I was amazed at how inflexible companies were. At Peach Solutions we like to put the owners and managers in the driving seat by providing tailor-made services, which suit not our needs, but the needs of the client,” explained Neil Cummins, director, Peach Solutions.

Already the company has secured contracts from an impressive array of clients in both the hospitality and retail sector as well as working on a number of turn-key projects.
