The John Count McCormack Hall on the TUS Athlone Campus was a hive of activity on Sunday last as 200 students participated in the annual Credit Union Quiz.
A total of 47 teams contested the occasion, with due recognition to Coosan National School who were successful in the Category A section of the competition.

Winners Category A – Coosan NS, Castlequarter, Coosan, Athlone, Co.Westmeath – Team: Dylan Cunningham, Robyn Mulvihill, Juan Jose Olmedilla Arregui and Neil Boyle.
Runners Up Category A – Carrick NS, Ballinlough, Castlerea, Co. Roscommon – Team: Cathal Duggan, Sean Scally, Mollie Marham and James McCartin.
Winners Category B – Coosan NS, Castlequarter, Coosan, Athlone, Co.Westmeath – Team: Luke Kolencheril, Joseph Cleary, Aoibhe McEntee, Bronagh Dooley.
Runners Up Category B – St Brides NS, Ballintubber, Castlerea, Co. Roscommon – Team: Cillian Finan, Rian Donlon, Anna Garvey and Nora Egan.
