Dacia looking good for year to come with product launches planned

Having celebrated its 10th anniversary in Ireland in 2023, Dacia is looking forward to the year ahead with new product launches planned along with the completion of the new Dacia visual identity by its dealer network.

Dacia also celebrated its most successful year-to-date in terms of volume of registrations, which were up 41 per cent on 2022 with the brand finishing in ninth position in the overall Irish car market in 2023.

Last year, Dacia’s range performed well with the ever-popular Sandero maintaining its number two position in its segment.

The Duster finished the year in seventh position in the competitive C-SUV segment, with the multi-award-winning Jogger maintaining its position as the second best-selling seven-seater in the market.

According to the marque, the acceleration of its new visual identity roll-out “caps a fantastic year for the brand” in Ireland and lays the foundations for “an even more exciting 2024”.

A total of 24 dealerships have now been externally upgraded to the striking new visual identity and those still transitioning to the new look are set for completion by this April.

The interior fit-outs commenced in the second half of 2023 with 100 per cent completion expected by the end of 2024.

Dacia’s goal is to feature the new brand visual identity across all its dealerships in advance of the launch of the all-new Duster in the second quarter of 2024.

The brand also said that it will introduce the all-electric Spring to the market, which it claims will be a “game-changer” in the Irish electric car segment.
